The Programme
In your new role you will:
- Process map and review HR Emerging Talent topics.
- Handle the day-to-day operations in Emerging Talent, with ability to track, monitor and update progress of talent topics/programs.
- Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events (i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution)
- Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
- Be involved in local and/or regional project coordination and meeting administration (minutes-taking, follow-ups)
Learning outcomes, objectives:
- Comprehend the role of Emerging Talent established in a Global Hi-Tech MNC environment.
- Gain exposure in campus engagement and relations.
- Learn to be Recruitment Researcher to attract both internal and external Talents.
- Develop skills in Project Management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events.
- Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences or relevant field of studies.
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook.
